We are working with a leading £30m turnover electrical contractor based near Liverpool Street, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and heritage sectors throughout London. Renowned for their strong company culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to professional development, they are now seeking a Graduate Electrical Project Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience on notable city projects while learning directly from experienced Project Managers and senior engineers.

The Role

As a Graduate Electrical Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of electrical installation projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will receive structured on-the-job training and mentoring, with the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals and develop both your technical and commercial understanding.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with project coordination and site activities

* Supporting senior Project Managers with planning and programme tracking

* Reviewing technical drawings and specifications

* Attending site meetings and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers

* Monitoring progress and quality of electrical installations

* Assisting with procurement of materials and equipment

* Supporting commissioning and handover processes

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained on site

This role will involve regular site exposure across Central London projects.

About You

* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)

* Strong academic background with a genuine interest in building services/electrical installation

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn

* Commercial awareness (or desire to develop it)

* Based within commuting distance of Liverpool Street

Previous industry experience (placement or internship) is beneficial but not essential.
