Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)

You will gain exposure to a wide variety of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising and managing ground investigation works

* Soil and rock logging in accordance with current British Standards

* Carrying out site investigations including trial pits and boreholes

* Preparing factual and interpretative ground investigation reports

* Assisting with geotechnical assessments and foundation recommendations

* Supporting contaminated land assessments and remediation projects

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams

* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site

Requirements:

* Degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Geoscience, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

* Previous experience within ground investigation or geotechnical consultancy

* Strong communication and report writing skills

* Good understanding of geotechnical and contaminated land principles

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
