• Optimising and improving manufacturing processes across the production facility.
• Supporting NPI, ensuring smooth transfer of new products into production and alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Training, development and long‑term progression opportunities.

• Manufacturing Process Engineer or similar.
• Engineering degree or time‑served background in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related discipline.
