Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Pay
: £18 to £22 per hour depending on experience, OTE £45,000 to £60,000+

We’re working with a globally recognised agricultural engineering business that is investing heavily in its people and technology. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Agricultural Service Engineer to join their expanding team in a field based role, offering variety, autonomy and genuine career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Agricultural Service Engineer:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose faults using a mix of hands on expertise and modern diagnostic tools and software
  • Work both in the field and workshop, keeping customers up and running with minimal downtime
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
  • Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship while following health and safety best practices
What We’re Looking for in an Agricultural Service Engineer:
  • Experience as an Agricultural Service Engineer or within plant, automotive, HGV or similar engineering environments
  • A practical, hands on approach with strong fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Motivated to learn, develop and progress within a structured training environment
  • Flexible attitude towards seasonal demands and peak periods
