Are you an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer looking to join one of the world's leading construction equipment manufacturers?

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a global OEM who are looking to appoint a Field Service Engineer to cover Kent and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for investing in its engineers, providing industry-leading training and offering long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of heavy construction machinery at customer sites, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and operational.

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair heavy plant equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carry out routine inspections, preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Complete all relevant service documentation accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing a premium OEM.
• Cover Kent and the surrounding region.

The Candidate

• Previous experience working on heavy plant, construction plant or agricultural machinery.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working as a Field Service Engineer or Mobile Plant Engineer.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Self-motivated with excellent customer-facing skills.

• £42,000 - £48,000 basic salary.
