Workshop Engineer – Maidstone

£35,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

NEOS Engineering are working with a leading manufacturer of construction machinery who are looking to recruit a Workshop Engineer to join their growing team in Maidstone.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected OEM that invests heavily in its people, provides ongoing manufacturer training and offers genuine long-term career progression.

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing heavy construction plant in the workshop.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out PDI work, inspections and machine preparation.
• Completing planned maintenance and major repairs to a high standard.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.

We are keen to speak with engineers from backgrounds such as:

• Heavy Plant
• Construction Plant
• Agricultural Machinery
• Material Handling
• Recycling Equipment
• Quarrying Equipment
• HGV or other mobile machinery

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, good fault-finding ability and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.

• £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary
