Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of accruals and prepayments.
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheets accurately and promptly.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes within the accounting and finance department.
- Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee both accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Provide support during audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.
This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a small and close finance function.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or studying towards their AAT.
