Corporate Tax Manager - Top Practice

TPF Recruitment are working with a fantastic, well-known firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone with a strong reputation across the South East. The firm is a market-leading Top 15 practice offering a wide range of accounting services to a mixed client portfolio, from sole traders and LLPs to large national and international groups. The firm is strengthening its corporate tax presence and is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its successful team.

• Work closely with local partners to deliver a range of tax work.
• Engage with a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, quoted groups, charities, and other organisations.
• Contribute to compliance and ad hoc advisory work and participate in business development to generate new work.
• Deliver general corporate tax consultancy, including:
  • Group reorganisations and advice on structuring acquisitions
  • Due diligence work and SPA reviews
  • Corporate debt considerations in a group context
• Provide research and development (R&D) tax relief and Patent Box guidance, international tax advice (structuring, financing, transfer pricing), and capital allowances reviews.

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, with career progression to Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager levels and a corporate tax-focused background (in-house and/or practice).
• Mix of compliance and planning skills, with potential exposure to corporate tax advisory projects and a desire to develop further in other areas.
• Opportunity to work on wide-ranging assignments and develop technical skills within a supportive team and office culture.

• £60,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience; negotiable.
