Corporate Finance Senior

• Assist in the planning and execution of due diligence assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments
• Prepare information request lists.
• Cross refers and check disclosed information.
• Prepare comprehensive data book analysis based on financial information received.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation.
• Critically evaluate the information received and identify and explain trends and outliers.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of well‑structured and concise due diligence reports.

• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate finance, or experience in audit with a desire to break in to corporate finance work.
• Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and valuations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• A proactive and solutions‑oriented approach to challenges.

• Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
