Financial Administrator – Pathway to Paraplanner

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

The Role

We're recruiting a Financial Administrator to join a growing independent financial planning firm based near Maidstone.

Based in beautiful offices set in the countryside just outside of Maidstone, this is a genuine career opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within financial planning, with a clear pathway into a Paraplanner role. You'll work alongside a small team of experienced advisers, gaining exposure to both administration and paraplanning while receiving dedicated mentorship and study support towards professional qualifications.

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day client administration and case management
  • Prepare financial planning documentation and suitability reports (full training provided)
  • Support advisers with research and technical queries
  • Maintain databases and complete compliance administration
  • Gradually take on paraplanning projects under supervision
  • Assist with client meetings and financial planning sessions
  • Liaise with clients, providers and other third parties as required
