Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Location: Whitstable, Kent
Salary: Negotiable DOE
We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the finance function within a growing FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Produce management accounts and board reports
- Manage cash flow, compliance and audit processes
- Provide commercial insight to drive business performance
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified
- FMCG experience essential
- Strong management accounts experience
- Previous team leadership experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
