With an average of 150 joint replacements per month, primarily hips and knees, we are broadening our therapy services to include a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop this new role as part of the orthopaedic service and be an integral part of a growing and forward‑thinking multidisciplinary team making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.

• Provide expert assessment and treatment for patients with complex needs in both inpatient and pre‑assessment settings.
• Contribute to our expanding orthopaedic pathway, supporting patients through their recovery and maximising independence.
• Collaborate within an evolving multidisciplinary team committed to evidence‑based care and clinical excellence.
• Supervise and mentor therapy assistants and students, while actively contributing to professional development across the team.
• Play a key role in patient experience initiatives, service improvements, and clinical audits.
