Experience is an advantage but not essential. A free, continuous training program, including the Skills for Care – Care Certificate and induction training, will be provided.

• Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to drive with your own car
• Must have a reliable mobile phone
• Must use the company care system to log calls and information
• Good standard of written and verbal English, and be able to communicate effectively
• Must keep up to date with all required training
• Must remain calm and show patience and understanding of service users’ needs
• Must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week (two weekdays off when working weekends)
• Employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS checks, and satisfactory references
