Head First is recruiting a dedicated support worker in Whitstable to help a client live as independently as possible following a brain injury. You will provide person-centred support, therapy assistance, and companionship in the client’s home and community.
You will work with therapists to follow structured rehabilitation programmes, assist with daily living, promote independence, and encourage participation in activities and social outings, with full induction and ongoing support.
