Developing care provider require a Residential Home Manager in the Maidstone, Kent area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager to take ownership of their 30 bed residential home. We are looking for a passionate, flexible, registered manager who has a background in elderly and dementia care. Care provider prides themselves on their family-like, supportive environment and are seeking candidates of an experienced background and those looking for their next challenge.
We are open to candidates from a residential home background, or domiciliary care background - as long as you are experienced and confident in managing an elderly / dementia care service, we want to hear from you!
- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Strong understanding of CQC KLOEs
- Management experience
- IT literate, competent and accurate
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact to lives of residents
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Level 5 or equivalent is advantageous
