We are looking for an experienced training professional with previous experience in Mental Health and /or Learning Disability services to support across Maidstone and Dartford.
Key responsibilities- Deliver violence reduction, de escaltion & restriction practice training.
- Clinical risk & Social Care Certificate training
- Plan and facilitate engaging training sessions, both in a group setting and 1-1.
- Mentor junior trainers and promote best practice
- Maintain training records and national standards
- Work with stakeholders to identify addtional areas of development
- Health & Social Care Qualification
- Staff training and development experience
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough knowlege of restrictive practice legislation
