  6.30am‑4pm (45 hours per week)
• Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)
• Pay: £38,000 per year (plus bonus potential of up to 10% of salary)

You will lead the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and compliance with due diligence. Your role involves cooking at volume using fresh, seasonal ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and liaising directly with onsite clients.
