Night Porter

As a Night Porter you play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the village outside of daytime hours. A reassuring presence for residents, respond to overnight requests and help ensure the environment is clean, safe, and well prepared for the day ahead.

• Carrying out regular patrols of the village, completing security, fire, and safety checks.
• Providing a welcoming presence for residents, guests, and visitors, offering assistance and information as needed.
• Responding to queries about the village, its facilities, and services in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the night.
• Cleaning and maintaining the gym, pool, steam room, and changing rooms, including testing and recording pool chemical১৬ balances. शरीर>
• Assisting with emergency situations, including first aid incidents and evacuations where required.
• Managing waste collection by moving bins to designated collection points.
• Ensuring the overall safety, security, and wellbeing of the building and its occupants throughout the night.

• Demonstrable experience in handling situations calmly, confidently, and professionally, particularly in a customer‑facing or safety‑focused environment.
• Experience creating a welcoming, hospitable environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• A qualification in Health & Safety, COSHH, First Aid, or a related area would be advantageous, though not essential.
