Role OverviewAs the Recruitment and Resourcing Partner, you will be joining a small but agile team of people professionals and be responsible for delivering the full resourcing process for permanent and fixed term positions across BJF Group, including sourcing, interview scheduling, and ATS management.

You’ll need to be great at collaborating, have a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills whilst also being adaptable to react quickly to an evolving scope.
Responsibilities- End‑to‑end recruitment activity
- Sourcing candidates for all campaigns across the group
- Promote BJF Group as an employer of choice within the FM and construction sectors
- Attract, recruit, and retain high‑quality candidates across all business units of BJF Group
- Work closely with hiring managers developing trusted advisor status
- ATS maintenance & reporting
- Grow and develop talent pools through sourcing and candidate relationship management
- Ensure certificates and qualifications are checked prior to interview and/or offer
- Advise managers on resourcing and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with Group HR policies and procedures
- Optimise advertising spend and recruitment tracking systems
- Manage and support agency relationships
- Collaborate on group‑wide HR projects and initiatives
- Advertise vacancies on job boards while leveraging a range of sourcing channels and methods (e.g., Boolean Search, Linked In Recruiter) to develop a proactive and steady pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
- Review applications and conduct pre‑screening phone and video interviews to assess candidates for required skill set and competencies
- Deliver high quality candidate shortlists within agreed time frames
- Arrange interviews and effectively manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks including providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques including the use of social media
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events and work with local training providers to source staff
- Experience in managing recruitment campaigns, ideally within construction and/or FM sector
- Knowledge and experience of working with an Application Tracking System
- A Recruitment or Internal Recruiter background
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Great organisational skills and recruitment experience
