As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions in a fast‑paced, commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

• Winning and growing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
• Attracting, assessing and engaging top candidates through targeted sourcing and networking.
• Building expertise in your market and developing a specialism.
• Working closely with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and driving results together.
• Owning your activity and keeping data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
