The company are looking to bring on a trainee consultant full time to work as a 360 consultant to find teachers and support staff long term and permanent jobs in schools. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bonuses for hitting targets. There’s also a pathway to develop your career into a senior consultant, team leader and manager within the company.

This forward-thinking recruiter who can build natural relationships with candidates and clients as well as have the work ethic and ability to continue to find top talent for their clients. Ideally you’ll have a background in education, recruitment or sales. Graduates would be preferable but a degree isn’t essential.

• Writing adverts to attract high calibre candidates
• Screening candidates in person and on the phone
• Building relationships with candidates and schools
• Registering candidates
• Calling schools to arranging supply bookings and interviews
• Writing profiles
• Visiting schools and establishing points of contact
