In this role you will work with set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Knowledge and Experience

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in different environments.

· Have experience in client-facing roles

· You should be able to deliver tasks to meet deadlines

· Always deliver your work in line with best practice

· You should be up to date with the latest Microsoft Technologies with knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud being essential

· Intermediate-Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365/Office 365, Hyper-V and other virtualisation platforms.

· Experience of setting up and supporting on premise server hardware and software, including Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup expertise and networking skills.
