We’re recruiting a System Support Analyst to provide hands on support for the implementation of the ICE order communications system across Kent & Medway.
Main duties of the jobYou’ll assist with system configuration tasks, update templates and catalogues, run basic testing, and help resolve setup issues during deployment. This role focuses solely on implementation activity and go live support, working under the direction of senior technical staff to ensure a smooth and consistent rollout.

- IT related qualification at Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of CPD
- Exposure to and understanding of IT systems, databases and information security.
- Understanding of config management or computer programming processes.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and standard desktop technologies.
- Experience maintaining documentation.
- ITIL Foundation or experience in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- NHS or pathology experience.
- Experience supporting clinical users.
- Experience with ITSM tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non technical users.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of pathology workflows.
- Basic data analysis skills.
