Are you a data-driven Paid Media specialist who loves optimising campaigns, uncovering insights and delivering outstanding results? This is a hybrid position, with the company operating a 4 day working week.

What You'll Be Doing Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts Monitoring budgets, pacing and performance to maximise ROI Analysing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations Conducting account audits and implementing platform best practices Presenting campaign performance and strategy updates to clients Collaborating with SEO, Content and wider digital teams on integrated campaigns Supporting junior team members and sharing industry expertise Staying ahead of the latest trends, tools and platform updates What we need from you: 1 years of paid media experience within an agency or in-house environment Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, GA4 and Looker Studio Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and performance Organised, proactive and results-focused A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and continuous learning Bonus Points For
