Commercial Insurance Account Handler

£30,000 – £40,000 | Maidstone | Office-based | Full-time

Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our close-knit, professional team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted point of contact and ensuring they receive accurate, proactive and personal service across all stages of their insurance journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy changes

* Building strong relationships with clients and insurers

* Supporting new business and identifying opportunities to grow accounts

* Assisting with claims and ensuring a smooth client experience

* Using Acturis to produce quotes, documents and policy records

What We’re Looking For

* At least 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance (broker or insurer background)

* Working towards CII qualifications or keen to do so

* Confidence across core commercial lines including:

* Mini Fleet

* Motor Trade

* Commercial Vehicle & Private Car

* Package Policies (Shops, Offices, Trades, Property Owners)

* Commercial Combined

* A proactive, reliable and professional team player

* Acturis experience is preferred
