Now, as we continue to grow, we're looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our close‑knit, professional team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted point of contact and ensuring they receive accurate, proactive and personal service across all stages of their insurance journey.

• Managing renewals, mid‑term adjustments and policy changes
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
• Supporting Priv new business and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
• Assisting with claims and ensuring a smooth client experience
• Using Acturis to produce quotes, documents and policy records

At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance (broker or insurer background)

Working towards CII qualifications or keen to do so

Confidence across core commercial lines including:

• Mini Fleet
• Motor Trade
• Commercial Vehicle & Private Car
• Package Policies (Shops, Offices, Trades, Property Owners)
• Commercial Combined

A proactive, reliable and professional team player

Acturis experience is preferred
