We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain leader to join Dr. Oetker UK as our Head of Supply Chain for our Pizza channel, reporting directly into the Senior Executive Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering our end to end supply chain strategy. You’ll lead a talented team across planning, customer service and logistics, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational performance and a supply chain that’s ready to support future growth.

Working closely with leaders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Quality and Warehousing, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance, strengthening customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance service. Why join Dr. Oetker:

What you’ll bring:

Proven supply chain leadership: A strong track record of leading supply chain operations within a fast paced FMCG environment, balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Commercial and customer focus:
The ability to make decisions through both a customer and commercial lens, identifying opportunities to improve service, performance and value.

People leadership capability:
Experience developing high performing teams, creating accountability and bringing people together behind a shared vision.

Planning and analytical expertise:
Strong forecasting, planning and data analysis capability, supported by excellent SAP and systems knowledge.
