Job Title: Monitoring Technician
Location: Maidstone, Isle of Sheppey
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £12.31 to £13.57 per hour

What You’ll Do- Travel to various sites each day (company vehicle provided after training)
- Carry out checks, testing, monitoring or inspections relevant to the role
- Perform cleaning, servicing, or maintenance tasks (as required)
- Record all results using a mobile device or relevant system
- Interact with clients, tenants and colleagues professionally
- Manage your own time and daily schedule
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Confidence to work independently once trained
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to follow processes and work safely
- Full training and clear career development pathways
