Mixer Drivers

Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Monday – Friday: 07.00 to 17.30 (10hrs) Saturday – on rota when required 07.00 to 13.30

Gallagher Aggregates have exciting opportunities for Mixer Drivers to join our team. We have positions available in both Ashford and Maidstone.

As a Mixer Driver you will report directly to the Transport Manager. Day to day reporting will be to the Plant Supervisor. Your primary responsibility as a mixer driver is the delivery of readymix concrete to our client base within Kent and the surrounding areas of your specific plant.

• Delivering ready mix concrete to our client within Kent.
• Monitoring and adjusting concrete slump when required.
• Correct completion of tablet based MOBILEticket system.
• Daily defect reporting.
• Daily drum and discharge equipment maintenance including build up cleaning and greasing.
• General duties as required around the Plant.

• Be hard working and flexible.
• 6/12 months HGV 2 experience.
• Mixer Truck experience desirable (training will be given).
• Experience of construction type vehicles is desirable.
