Maintenance Engineer
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £46,500 (OTE £52,000+)
Shift: Mon-Fri (Earlies and Lates)
A fantastic opportunity for a strong Maintenance Engineer to work in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory. This role provides a platform to develop technical expertise and career progression into management.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
Requirements- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills.
- Engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working within the UK manufacturing sector (desirable).
