Hawk Hiring in Maidstone is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join a long-established group. You'll work the Maidstone workshop, with a 45-hour week, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:30 and an occasional Saturday morning rota paid as overtime.
The role offers a guaranteed base salary of £32,000–£42,000, uncapped performance bonuses to reach £50,000+ OTE, and full manufacturer academy training, including EV/Hybrid certifications, with comprehensive tool insurance and staff discounts.
