A leading Main Contractor that have been operating for over 90 years’ are currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company have a great reputation in the industry for delivering high quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.

They are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects in the education sector. The initial project is a £14m, RC frame, new build hall and music block, with high end joinery finishes.

The company have a number of other similar projects in the pipeline and are therefore looking for a Project Manager that has a proven track record overseeing many projects like this one.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified
• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor as a Project Manager
• Experience overseeing new build education projects up to £15m as value
• RC Frame experience
• Ideally have experience working on projects with high end joinery finishes
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Able to commute to Maidstone, Kent
