They’re now looking for a Technical Manager to oversee a team of surveyors and analysts ensuring the smooth delivery of asbestos projects across the South East.

Lead support and develop a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts.

Oversee project delivery for key clients ensuring technical and commercial success.

Manage workloads and scheduling to balance efficiency with staff wellbeing.

Maintain compliance with UKAS and ISO standards (45001).

Support tenders, proposals and business improvement initiatives.

Represent the technical function in client meetings and audits.

Experienced asbestos professional with strong leadership capability.

BOHS qualified () additional management qualifications desirable.

Excellent working knowledge of UKAS procedures and quality systems.

Confident communicator with a focus on mentoring and developing others.

Organised, commercially aware and committed to maintaining high technical standards.
