Fire Safety Compliance Manager

Working closely with a highly experienced compliance leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s fire safety strategy, with real scope to influence processes, policy and best practice.

The role will suit an experienced fire safety or compliance professional with a strong background in contract management and fire safety delivery within a residential environment. You will take ownership of fire risk assessment programmes, remedial works and contractor performance, while acting as the internal point of reference for fire safety advice and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing fire safety programmes, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands on delivery. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential.
