General Manager of anewhigh end Fitness and Wellness Club in Maidstone.

Natural Fit in opening a brand new Club in Maidstone, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Opening Team as we grow our business in the Kent region.

Natural Fit is a fresh innovation in fitness and well-being, through Gym / Classes / Spa / Personal Training studios, Lounges and Cafe in a bespoke building in Allington, Maidstone. We have an exercise ethos based around re-awakening everyday functional movement in a guided environment, whether through members’ classes or guided exercise on the Gym floor. The Spa, Café and Lounges provide space to relax, re-invigorate and meet with friends.

Our Maidstone Club will be the first club to introduce Padel courts, dedicated Spin, boxing & Pilates Reformer studios all under one roof.

We seek an engaging, resourceful, conscientious and organised Club Manager, who has a keen interest in health, wellness and fitness to oversee the management of the Club. You’ll be at the centre of the team’s operations. The successful candidate will have operational experience within the Leisure and potentially Hospitality sectors. You will be an enthusiastic leader, commercially astute and a focused customer service individual with excellent knowledge of sales and marketing processes, and strategy.

You will have a track record working in premium environments and have a passion for service.

You will have experience of catering for a high-end client base in a boutique environment.

This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage internal and external relationships, ability to work with senior executives, and superb communication skills. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is a natural connector, has a high regard for working in a collaborative environment. Someone who can master their core responsibilities while taking on new challenges that move the Club forward.
