• Leading and managing a dedicated team of care professionals
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

• Have successfully opened a new care home in your time as a Registered Manager
• Have been a CQC Registered Manager for at least 2 years
• Experience running similar services
• Experience achieving CQC rating of good or higher
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence based approaches.
• Ability to prioritise workload and delegate where possible
• Ability to supervise, teach and mentor qualified and unqualified staff
• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
• Current NMC registration
