Established Main Dealer Group | Based in Maidstone, Kent | £40-45k Yearly Package |

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM + Saturday Morning Rota (Paid as Overtime)

Looking for someone actively looking to become a future Service Manager.

Monday Matters Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing Aftersales department within a well‑established automotive business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in building and developing a successful Service operation from the ground up. The position offers a clear pathway toward a future Service Manager role for the right candidate.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a new Service department, ensuring excellent customer service standards, smooth workshop operations, and consistent departmental performance. You will work closely with senior management to support wider Aftersales objectives while helping shape and grow the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operation of the Service department
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Support and develop team members within the Aftersales function
  • Manage service reception activities and customer communication
  • Assist in driving departmental efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with senior management on departmental goals and growth plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Ideal Candidate
  • Has a strong background in Service Reception or customer‑facing automotive environments
  • Demonstrates leadership ability and confidence managing people
  • Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress into a future management role
