Position: Chief Patient Experience & Quality Improvement Lead

NHS Kent & Medway is seeking a Head of Patient Experience to provide strategic leadership for managing patient feedback and complaints. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, aligning with statutory requirements and best practices to improve patient experiences.
