Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Projects
Location:
Kent
Salary: £80,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Travel + Excellent Benefits
Electrical Project Manager Required
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial electrical projects across Kent and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in managing commercial electrical installations from pre-construction through to final handover.
The Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple commercial electrical projects from start to completion.
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Plan and monitor project programmes, costs, and resources.
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with client specifications and company standards.
* Chair and attend client and site progress meetings.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
* Manage project documentation, procurement, and commissioning through to handover.
About You
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering commercial projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
* Relevant electrical qualifications.
* SMSTS and ECS/CSCS card desirable.
* Full UK driving licence.
