Lead the delivery of capital, infrastructure and compliance projects across the Trust, ensuring completion to agreed quality, cost and timescales. Manage project plans, budgets, risks and governance arrangements while providing expert advice to clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders. Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, NHS guidance, HTMs, HBNs, Building Regulations, CDM and fire safety requirements. Oversee procurement, contractors and consultants to achieve value for money and successful outcomes.

Lead building safety, asbestos, water safety, ventilation and electrical infrastructure programmes. Embed health and safety, infection control and risk management throughout project delivery. Support service developments, estate improvements and the Trust's Capital Programme, Estates Strategy and sustainability objectives.
