We are working in partnership with a well-established, family-run regional care provider to recruit a Group Manager for a newly created leadership position overseeing three of their care homes in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with over 20 years' experience in the care sector and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
This is a newly created Regional Manager position with responsibility for overseeing three care homes located within close proximity of each other.
You will lead and support a team of experienced Home Managers, ensuring consistent high standards across all services while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring visibility across sites and active engagement with teams—not a remote or purely strategic position.
What We're Looking For:- Experience as a Home Manager of a larger service (ideally 40+ beds or above)
- Strong leadership capability with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Multi-site or regional experience (desirable but not essential)
- A stable career history demonstrating commitment and longevity
- Strong operational and quality focus
- Energy, drive, and ambition—this role is not suited to someone looking to step back from hands-on leadership
- Provide operational leadership and oversight across three care homes
- Support, develop, and manage Home Managers effectively
- Drive quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Ensure consistent delivery of high standards of care and resident experience
- Promote a positive, values-led culture across all services
- Take an active, visible presence across all homes
- Competitive salary:
