We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Adult Services to lead a diverse portfolio of services supporting older people, adult mental health, social prescribing, perimenopause support and community wellbeing. As a member of our senior leadership team, you’ll provide strategic direction, support high-performing teams and ensure our services continue to make a meaningful difference to people across Kent.

You’ll work closely with communities, partners and commissioners to develop innovative, evidence-driven services that reduce inequalities, strengthen community connections and help create the conditions for people to thrive.
