Pay: 12.26 per hour - 13.76 (variable based on experience and valid MHE licences)
Hours:
12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (6:30am - 7:00pm, includes set up and clear down)
Working Days:
Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Need:
Forklift Licenses (Counterbalance, PPT and etc) and need to drive
HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stock Mover for a reputable fresh produce business based in Ashford.
The Stock Mover plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of fruit, packaging, and finished goods throughout the production facility and warehouse. This position directly supports operational efficiency, stock accuracy, product quality, and compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, requiring high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely move fruit, packaging, and finished goods across production and warehouse areas
Set up production lines correctly and remove materials from previous runs
Weigh juice bins and produce accurate bin labels
Ensure all pallets and bins are correctly identified and labelled
Complete WIP in and WIP out tasks as required
Scan, locate, and verify stock accurately within the system
Transfer finished goods safely to storage areas
Secure and strap pallets before movement
Report any stock discrepancies to the Line Leader or Supervisor
Maintain accurate records and input data into the Prophet system
Complete all required paperwork clearly and on time
Operate MHE safely in line with training
Carry out daily equipment checks and report defects immediately
Follow HACCP, GMP, and Clean As You Go standards
Comply with company, legal, and food safety requirements
Wear correct PPE and follow site procedures
Support emergency procedures if required
Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic
Support colleagues and assist with training where needed
Remain flexible to cover operational needs
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties
Able to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment
In possession of valid MHE licences (Counterbalance, PPT and etc)
Experienced in a similar stock movement or fresh produce production role
Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality and safety standards
Positive, reliable, and flexible with a strong team ethic
