Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - Experienced

Our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in the fruit production industry. This is a permanent position, offering 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour shifts across 5 days out of 7 in a continuous operation.

The role requires flexibility, working on a rotational shift pattern:

• One week on day shifts
• One week on afternoon shifts

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, managing teams of up to 100 people in a fast‑paced environment.

The working environment is busy but very friendly, and the successful candidate must be confident in leading large teams while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
• Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and support team members effectively
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to health & safety requirements at all times.
