Production Operative

First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client based in Headcorn, Kent. The pay rate for this role is £12.71 per hour. This position involves rotating AM and PM shifts on a weekly basis.

No experience is required, as we provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

• Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Late shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• £12.71 per hour
• Paid weekly

• Boxing bottles on a conveyor belt and placing them into cases
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Sorting and inspecting fruit to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness on the production line

• Reliable, motivated, and able to commit to a weekly rotating shift pattern
• Positive, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with others
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with a physically active role and standing for extended periods throughout your shift

This role would suit candidates with previous experience working for Amazon, Parcel force, DHL, or similar employers.
