Found Food & Drink is seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead its evolving manufacturing function in a fast‑growing, regulated environment. The role focuses on building capability, standardising processes and driving continuous improvement across multiple production lines.
You will coach Production Managers and shift teams on the factory floor, shaping systems and routines that ensure quality, efficiency and scalability as the business expands its manufacturing footprint.
