Terry Parris Associates is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a busy manufacturing team in Marden, Kent. You will play a key role in improving production processes, increasing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor.
Responsibilities include developing assembly processes, driving Lean methods, designing jigs and layouts, maintaining SAP routings, and leading root-cause analyses with A3, VSM, and FMEA techniques.
