Berry Recruitment Maidstone is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy and growing food production company based in Headcorn
. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful probation period
.

Rotating Weekly Shifts (Monday to Friday):

• 7am - 3pm
• 3pm - 11pm

• No weekends
• Full-time hours

As an FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse and production operations. Your duties will include:

• Safely operating FLT and PPT equipment across the site.
• Carrying out daily pre-use checks and reporting any defects or concerns.
• Loading fruit pallets into the tipper according to production requirements.
• Supporting the extraction and fruit sorting teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Monitoring stock rotation and reporting short-dated or expired stock.
• Assisting with resolving raw material quality issues.
• Conducting pre-start checks on extraction machinery.
• Supporting site improvement projects and new product development initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)
• PPT Licence (essential)
• Reach Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
• Previous warehouse or factory experience preferred
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience advantageous
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within a team
