Pro Force Recruitment is seeking staff in Maidstone to support fruit packing operations. Responsibilities include following safety rules, packing orders to customer briefs, sorting fruit, checking packaging labels, and maintaining clean work areas. Shifts can be up to 12 hours, with weekends and bank holidays on the rota. Immediate start after induction, with potential for a temp-to-perm role.
