Key Responsibilities Read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances Set up, run and monitor CNC machines Load materials, change tooling/fixtures Perform first-off and in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Maintain production records and job cards Report quality issues and support continuous improvement Follow all H&S and quality procedures Essential Requirements Able to read engineering drawings 2 years machining experience Hands-on CNC operation and basic setup skills Competent with measuring tools Strong attention to detail and good time management Desirable CNC or conversational programming Knowledge of tooling, feeds and speeds
